VaultMind
Terms of Use
The agreement that governs your use of VaultMind. Clear terms for a product built on trust.
Last updated: 10 June 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using VaultMind, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms form an agreement between you and BiggerMind Group, the operator of VaultMind.
2. Service Description
VaultMind is a private digital vault for storing and organising documents, identity records, private notes, and family records. It uses AI to categorise documents, detect expiry dates, and keep your life admin in order. VaultMind is a personal organisation tool; it is not a bank, a legal records registry, or a substitute for officially held documents.
3. User Responsibilities
- Keep your account credentials and device access secure — your vault is only as private as the device that opens it.
- Only store documents and information you have the right to hold, including family members' records.
- Do not use VaultMind to store unlawful material or to facilitate unlawful activity.
- Keep original physical documents where the law requires them; VaultMind copies do not replace legally required originals.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
4. AI Features
VaultMind uses artificial intelligence to name, categorise, and file documents and to detect expiry dates. AI outputs can occasionally be wrong — a date may be misread or a document misfiled. Reminders and categorisation are conveniences, not guarantees: you remain responsible for verifying critical dates and details against original documents.
5. Limitations
The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. While we engineer for high availability and durability, no digital service can guarantee uninterrupted access, and you should retain originals or copies of irreplaceable documents. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BiggerMind Group is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including losses arising from missed expiry dates or reliance on AI-generated organisation.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
Certain VaultMind features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through your app store account (such as the Apple App Store) and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your app store account settings. Refunds are handled according to the app store's policies.
7. Account Management
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You may update your information in the app at any time, and you may delete individual items or your entire account whenever you choose — see the Delete Account page for details. We may need to verify your identity before acting on account requests.
8. Termination
You may stop using VaultMind and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, store unlawful content, or create risk for other users — where reasonable, we will notify you and give you the opportunity to export your data first. Sections concerning disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing terms survive termination.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use of VaultMind after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
