Delete Your Account

Here is exactly how to delete your Traveluxe account, and what happens to your information when you do.

How to request deletion

You can request deletion of your Traveluxe account and personal information in either of two ways:

  • In the app: open Settings, choose Account, then select Delete Account and confirm.
  • By email: send a request to privacy@biggermindgroup.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject 'Delete my Traveluxe account'. We will verify the request and confirm once deletion is complete.

If you have upcoming bookings, we will contact you before deleting, since deletion cancels our ability to deliver them. Completed bookings are unaffected by account deletion.

What is deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove your personal information from our active systems, including:

  • Your account profile and contact information.
  • Stored travel preferences and saved addresses.
  • Passenger details saved to your account.
  • Concierge request history and service communications.
  • Marketing preferences and any analytics identifiers linked to you.

Deletion from active systems is completed promptly after your request, and residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 30 days as backups rotate.

What may be retained

We retain a minimal set of records only where the law requires it or where it is necessary for security and safety:

  • Invoices, transaction, and booking records required for tax, accounting, and financial compliance.
  • Records connected to transport safety, insurance claims, or incidents, for the period required by law and insurers.
  • Records of fraud prevention or security matters linked to the account, where retention is necessary to protect our customers, team, and partners.
  • A record that a deletion request was made and fulfilled, so we can demonstrate compliance.

Retained records are limited to the minimum necessary and are deleted once the relevant legal or insurance obligation expires.
