TibMind is an AI health companion operated by BiggerMind Group. Because TibMind handles health-related information, we hold ourselves to the highest standard of privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how it is protected, and the control you have over it.

In short: your health data belongs to you. We do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising, and we collect only what the app needs to work for you.

Depending on how you use TibMind, we may process the following categories of information:

• Account information — your name, email address, and authentication details.
• Health-related information you enter — symptoms, wellness and daily logs, measurements, and notes about how you feel.
• Medication entries — medication names, dosages, schedules, and adherence records you choose to track.
• Uploaded medical documents — lab reports, prescriptions, clinic letters, and other files you scan or upload.
• Extracted health information — structured values (such as test results, dates, and findings) that our AI extracts from your documents to organise them for you.
• Family profile information — health details you add for family members you manage within the app.
• Technical data — device type, app version, and diagnostic information used to keep the app reliable and secure.

• To provide core features: health tracking, logs, medication reminders, document scanning, and private record storage.
• To generate AI-supported insights — patterns and observations drawn from the information you have logged, intended to support early prevention and informed conversations with professionals.
• To extract and organise information from documents you upload, so your records remain searchable and useful.
• To maintain security, prevent abuse, and diagnose technical issues.
• To respond to your support and data requests.

We do not use your health information for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to third parties.

TibMind uses AI to read documents you upload, extract relevant health information, and surface insights from your own data. AI processing is performed solely to deliver app features to you. AI outputs are informational and are not medical advice or diagnoses.

• You can view, edit, and delete individual logs, medication entries, documents, and profiles at any time within the app.
• You can request a copy of your data by contacting privacy@biggermindgroup.com.
• You can delete your account and associated data at any time — see our Delete Account page for the exact process.

Health data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted, logged, and reviewed. We regularly assess our infrastructure against modern security standards and act promptly on any findings.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal and health data is deleted from our active systems, subject to the limited legal and security retention described on our Delete Account page.

Family profiles are created and managed by the account holder, who is responsible for having the right to add information about family members. TibMind accounts are intended for adults; information about children should only be added by a parent or legal guardian.

TibMind does not replace doctors, emergency services, or professional medical advice. Insights provided by TibMind are informational only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about medical concerns, and contact emergency services immediately in an emergency.

We may update this policy as TibMind evolves. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email. For any privacy question or request, contact privacy@biggermindgroup.com — we respond to all privacy requests within 30 days, and usually much sooner.
