Terms of Use

By downloading, accessing, or using FenMind, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the FenMind Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms form an agreement between you and BiggerMind Group, the operator of FenMind.

FenMind is a daily planner. It helps you capture tasks, reminders and plans, estimate how long they will take, break them into steps, run routines, and see whether a day fits the pace you usually keep.

Time estimates and the pace check are guidance, not guarantees. They are there to inform your decisions, never to make them. FenMind is a personal organisation tool, not a professional or medical service.

You need an account to use FenMind: an email address and a password. Keep your password private and use an email address you can receive mail at. You are responsible for activity in your account. FenMind is not intended for children under 13.

• Keep your account details and your devices secure.
• Use FenMind only for lawful purposes, and only add information you have the right to use.
• Do not try to reverse-engineer, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service or to anyone else's account.
• Do not access the service by automated means, or resell it.
• Check anything important yourself — a time, a date, a step — rather than relying on FenMind alone.

With a subscription, FenMind can turn a voice note into text, and read a capture into a title, a time estimate and steps, using OpenAI. What comes back is shown as fields you can change before anything is saved.

AI output can be wrong — a word misheard, a time misjudged, a step missed — so check what matters before you rely on it. The Privacy Policy explains exactly what is sent and to whom.

FenMind is free to use. An optional auto-renewing subscription adds voice notes and model reading of captures. The price and billing period are shown in the app before you buy. Pro includes 1,500 smart captures and 300 voice notes of up to one minute per calendar month. Allowances reset on the first day of each month (UTC), including on annual plans. Reading a voice transcript into a plan also uses a smart capture. Short-term limits apply to keep the service available. Reaching an allowance does not prevent typing, editing or using your saved planner.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID, or to your Google Play account on Android, when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the current period ends. If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting your FenMind account does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. If a price changes, the app store will tell you before the change affects you, as its rules require.

Reminders are notifications scheduled by your own phone. They depend on your device's settings, battery and notification permissions, so FenMind cannot guarantee that every reminder arrives, or arrives on time. Do not rely on FenMind alone for anything where a missed reminder could cause harm.

What you put into FenMind is yours. You allow BiggerMind Group to store, process and transmit it only as needed to run FenMind for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your planner from Settings at any time, and we recommend keeping an export of anything you cannot afford to lose.

FenMind is provided 'as is' and 'as available'. We work to keep it running well, but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors, or that features will never change. Parts of it depend on services run by others — Supabase, OpenAI, RevenueCat, Apple and Google — and may be affected when those services are unavailable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BiggerMind Group is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed tasks or reminders, lost data, or decisions made on the strength of estimates or AI output. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

If you downloaded FenMind from the Apple App Store, your use is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms are between you and BiggerMind Group, not Apple; Apple is not responsible for FenMind or its content, and has no obligation to provide support for it. The same applies to Google if you downloaded FenMind from Google Play.

You can stop using FenMind at any time, and delete your account in Settings — see the Delete Account page for details. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk; where reasonable, we will tell you first and give you the chance to export your planner. Sections concerning limitations of liability survive termination.

We may update these terms as FenMind changes. Material changes will be shown in the app or sent by email before they take effect. Continuing to use FenMind after that means you accept the updated terms.
