1. Acceptance of Terms
By making a booking with Traveluxe, or by using our app or website, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. These terms form an agreement between you and BiggerMind Group, the operator of Traveluxe.
2. Service Description
Traveluxe arranges and delivers luxury travel services, including airport transfers, chauffeur services, luxury hotel and serviced apartment bookings, VIP airport support, tours, restaurant reservations, corporate travel, and bespoke concierge requests. Some services are delivered directly by Traveluxe and others through carefully selected service partners; in either case we remain your point of contact.
3. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate booking information, including passenger names, contact details, addresses, and flight numbers.
- Ensure all travellers hold valid travel documents, visas, and any required permissions — these remain your responsibility.
- Be ready at agreed pick-up times; late changes should be communicated as early as possible.
- Treat chauffeurs, partner staff, and vehicles with respect; you are responsible for damage caused by you or your party.
- Use our services only for lawful purposes.
4. AI Features
Traveluxe uses intelligent systems to support scheduling, flight monitoring, preference management, and concierge coordination. These systems assist our team; confirmed bookings are always validated by people. Where AI-assisted suggestions are provided (for example itinerary recommendations), they are informational and subject to confirmation.
5. Payments, Cancellations, and Changes
- Prices are confirmed at booking and include the services described in your confirmation.
- Payment terms (deposit, prepayment, or on completion) are stated at booking and processed through secure payment providers.
- Cancellation windows and any applicable fees are stated in your booking confirmation; third-party services (such as hotels and restaurants) may carry their own cancellation conditions, which we pass on transparently.
- Flight delays covered by flight monitoring do not incur waiting charges for airport transfers; other waiting time may be chargeable as stated at booking.
6. Limitations
We select partners with care and coordinate every booking diligently, but we cannot guarantee matters outside our control, such as weather, traffic, airline schedule changes, or third-party closures. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Account Management
If you create a Traveluxe account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and your details current. You may update your information at any time, and you may request deletion of your account whenever you choose — see the Delete Account page for details.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time; confirmed bookings remain subject to their stated cancellation conditions. We may decline or cancel bookings, or suspend accounts, in cases of non-payment, unlawful use, or behaviour that puts our team or partners at risk — with a full refund of any undelivered services where the cancellation is ours.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as our services evolve. Material changes will be communicated by email or in the app before they take effect, and the terms in force at the time of your booking apply to that booking.
