Delete Your Account

You can delete your TibMind account in either of two ways:

• In the app: open Settings, choose Account, then select Delete Account and confirm. Deletion starts immediately.
• By email: send a request to privacy@biggermindgroup.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject 'Delete my TibMind account'. We will verify the request and confirm once deletion is complete.

When your account is deleted, we remove your personal and health data from our active systems, including:

• Your account profile and login credentials.
• All health tracking data, symptoms, wellness and daily logs.
• All medication entries and reminder schedules.
• All uploaded medical documents and the health information extracted from them.
• All family profiles and their associated data.
• AI-generated insights derived from your data.

Deletion from active systems is completed promptly after your request, and residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 30 days as backups rotate.

We retain a minimal set of records only where the law requires it or where it is necessary for security:

• Transaction and subscription records required for tax, accounting, and financial compliance.
• Records of fraud prevention or security incidents linked to the account, where retention is necessary to protect our users and services.
• A record that a deletion request was made and fulfilled, so we can demonstrate compliance.

Retained records are kept only as long as the relevant legal obligation requires, are limited to the minimum necessary, and never include your health logs or medical documents.
