By downloading, accessing, or using TibMind, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms form an agreement between you and BiggerMind Group, the operator of TibMind.

TibMind is an AI health companion that helps you track health information, scan and organise medical documents, log symptoms and medication, manage family health profiles, and receive AI-supported insights from your own data. TibMind is a wellness and organisation tool — it is not a medical device and does not provide medical care.

• Provide accurate information when creating your account and keep your credentials secure.
• Only add information about family members where you have the right to do so (for example, as a parent or legal guardian).
• Use TibMind for personal, non-commercial purposes and in compliance with applicable law.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Remain responsible for decisions you make based on information shown in the app.

TibMind uses artificial intelligence to extract information from documents you upload and to surface insights from data you log. AI outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate. They are provided for information and organisation only, and must never be treated as diagnosis, treatment advice, or a substitute for professional medical judgement. Always verify important values against the original document and consult a healthcare professional about medical decisions.

TibMind does not replace doctors, emergency services, or professional medical advice. In an emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BiggerMind Group disclaims warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app.

Certain TibMind features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through your app store account (such as the Apple App Store) and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your app store account settings. Refunds are handled according to the app store's policies.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You may update your information at any time in the app, and you may delete your account whenever you choose — see the Delete Account page for details. We may need to verify your identity before acting on account requests.

You may stop using TibMind and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or create risk for other users — where reasonable, we will notify you and give you the opportunity to export your data. Sections concerning disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing terms survive termination.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use of TibMind after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
