Privacy & Safety

AI should serve people, not exploit them.

This is not only a legal policy — it is the public commitment behind every BiggerMind product. It explains how we think about privacy, safety, and the trust people place in personal AI.

01

AI should serve the user

BiggerMind builds AI to help people, not exploit them. We do not build products around selling personal data, and we do not believe in surveillance-based AI. Our products are designed to support people through real life — not to mine them.

02

Local-first where possible

Personal information should stay on the user's device wherever it is technically possible. Where cloud processing is necessary, we minimise the data involved, protect it carefully, and keep cloud exposure to what a feature genuinely needs.

03

No data-selling business model

BiggerMind does not build products around selling personal data. The business is built on products people choose to trust — not on quietly monetising the private information that makes them who they are.

04

User-owned memory

What an assistant remembers belongs to the person it serves. Users should be able to view, edit, delete, and pause what the AI remembers — memory that works for the user, owned and controlled by the user.

05

Permission-based intelligence

The user decides what the AI can access, remember, suggest, and act on. Intelligence is shaped around the user's permissions, preferences, routines, boundaries, and priorities — not assumptions made on their behalf.

06

Human confirmation

Sensitive actions should require the user's confirmation. For health, documents, payments, identity, legal deadlines, travel bookings, and family records, our products assist, prepare, and recommend — while the user stays in control of what actually happens.

07

Safety boundaries

AI should support, organise, and guide — not replace professional judgement where expert help is required. BiggerMind products do not claim to replace doctors, lawyers, financial advisers, or other professionals. They assist, prepare, and recommend, while the user decides.

08

Explainable suggestions

Where possible, a suggestion should come with its reasoning. People should be able to understand why something was recommended and what information informed it — so personal AI stays accountable to the person it serves, not a black box acting on their behalf.

09

Built for real life

BiggerMind builds AI for real human situations: health concerns, document deadlines, family responsibilities, travel pressure, and everyday decisions. Privacy and safety are not features bolted on at the end — they are the starting point for everything we build.

10

The user remains in control

Across everything we build, the person stays in charge — of what is stored, what is remembered, what is shared, and what action is taken. BiggerMind does not believe personal AI should be built on surveillance, and our products are designed to support people, not mine them.
