Is TibMind a medical app? Can it diagnose me?

No. TibMind is a health companion for tracking, organising, and understanding your own health information. It does not diagnose conditions and does not replace doctors, emergency services, or professional medical advice. For medical concerns, always consult a qualified professional.

How does medical report scanning work?

Photograph or upload a lab report, prescription, or clinic letter, and TibMind's AI reads the document and extracts key values, dates, and findings into your private records. The original file is stored securely alongside the extracted data, so you can always verify against the source.

Who can see my health data?

Only you. Your data is encrypted, is never sold, and is not used for advertising. Family profile data is visible only within your account. You can review exactly how data is handled in the TibMind Privacy Policy.

Can I track health information for my family?

Yes. Family profiles let you manage separate records for children, parents, or partners — each with its own logs, medications, and documents. You should only add information for family members you have the right to manage.

How do Home Screen Quick Logs work?

Quick Logs let you record symptoms, medication, and daily check-ins directly from your device's home screen without opening the app. Add the TibMind widget from your home screen's widget gallery to enable it.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed through your app store account. To manage or cancel, open your device's subscription settings (on iPhone: Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions), select TibMind, and choose the option you need. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the current period ends.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can delete your account in the app or by emailing privacy@biggermindgroup.com. The full process, including what is deleted and what may be briefly retained, is described on the TibMind Delete Account page.
