Traveluxe is a luxury travel, chauffeur, and concierge service operated by BiggerMind Group. Discretion is part of the service: we collect only the information needed to arrange your journeys, we protect it carefully, and we never sell it. This policy explains what we collect and why.

- Contact information — your name, email address, and phone number.
- Booking details — dates, times, vehicle and service selections, itineraries, and special requirements.
- Passenger details — names and contact details of passengers travelling under your booking.
- Addresses — pick-up, drop-off, and delivery locations needed to provide the service.
- Flight information — flight numbers and arrival details, used to monitor delays and time your transfers.
- Travel preferences — seating, vehicle, dietary, accessibility, and accommodation preferences you share so we can personalise your experience.
- Service communications — messages between you and our team, including concierge requests and booking confirmations.
- Payment-related details — handled by secure payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
3. How we use your information
- To arrange and deliver the services you book — transfers, chauffeurs, hotels, apartments, tours, dining, and concierge requests.
- To coordinate with trusted service partners (such as chauffeurs, hotels, and restaurants) who need relevant details to fulfil your booking.
- To monitor flights and adjust pick-up times so your journey is seamless.
- To personalise future bookings around your stated preferences.
- To communicate with you about bookings, changes, and requests.
- To meet legal, safety, and insurance obligations connected to transport services.
We share booking information with service partners only to the extent needed to deliver your booking, and we never sell your personal information.
4. Concierge operations
Concierge requests often involve sharing details with third parties on your behalf — a restaurant, an event organiser, a private guide. We share only what is necessary to fulfil your request, treat every request with discretion, and do not use concierge information for any purpose beyond delivering the service.
5. Security and retention
Your information is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to team members who need it to serve you. Booking records are retained for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax, and insurance obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
