Delete Your Account

• Open FenMind and tap the gear on Today to open Settings.
• Under Account, choose Delete my account and data.
• Confirm twice. The second confirmation, Delete everything, is the one that deletes.

Deletion happens straight away, rather than as a request someone processes later, and it cannot be undone.

If you can no longer open the app, email support@biggermindgroup.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject 'Delete my FenMind account'. We will confirm the request is yours, delete the account and everything in it, and tell you when it is done. Requests are acknowledged within 2 business days and completed within 30 days.

• If you want to keep your planner, export it first: Settings, then Export my planner.
• Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, or it will keep renewing.

• Your account — your email address, password and sign-in record.
• Your planner — every task and its steps, your routines, your routine runs, and the pace FenMind has learned.
• The copy on your phone — cleared as soon as an in-app deletion completes.

A small amount can outlast the deletion, for a limited time or under someone else's terms:

• Copies in the backups our database provider keeps, until those backups are replaced.
• Optional iCloud backups the app cannot reach, including copies in another Apple account, and files you exported. Remove FenMind backups through the relevant Apple account’s iCloud storage settings. When deleting in the iOS app, FenMind also tries to remove its copies from the Apple account on that device.
• Subscription and purchase records held by Apple, Google and RevenueCat under their own terms, including for tax and accounting.
• Captures already sent to OpenAI may remain in abuse-monitoring records for up to 30 days by default, or longer where its legal or safety requirements apply. FenMind does not separately attach account details, but personal details you typed or spoke are included in the capture.
• Emails you sent to support, and a record that your deletion request was made and completed.
• Short-lived server logs, which expire on their own.
