It helps you create a public Business Link and QR, collect customer requests, turn them into bookings, manage customers, connect payment methods or payment links, track payment status and invoices, run loyalty and offers, and understand growth signals.

It is built for service businesses such as home bakers, aesthetics practitioners, mobile beauticians, salons, cleaners, chauffeurs, car rentals, tutors, makers, and solo operators who currently manage enquiries through messages, spreadsheets, and memory.

Your Business Link is a public page for customers. It can show your services, products, prices, photos, contact details, social links, payment instructions, offers, loyalty rewards, and a button for bookings, orders, enquiries, quotes, or callbacks.

The QR code sends customers to your Business Link. You can place it on a counter, flyer, package, chair, vehicle, or social graphic so customers can request, order, or join rewards without searching for your details.

No. Customer requests land in your Requests screen for review. You can accept, decline, ask for more information, mark payment status, create an invoice record, or convert the request into a booking.

BizzMind lets you add payment methods such as Stripe Payment Links, SumUp Payment Links, PayPal links, bank transfer, card terminal, cash, or custom payment links. BizzMind can show safe public labels, instructions, and external links, but payment collection stays with the payment provider or method you choose. You remain in control of deposits, paid/unpaid status, refunds, and invoice records.

Yes. BizzMind supports solo and team mode. Owners and managers can invite staff with codes, assign jobs, and control access. Staff get a focused My Jobs view and should only see work relevant to their role.

Growth Intelligence reads real activity already in BizzMind, such as Business Link, QR, requests, services, loyalty, and payment follow-through. It is designed to help owners spot what is strong, what is weak, and what to improve next - for example quieter days, popular services, offers worth testing, or customers who may need a reason to return.

WhatsApp connection and AI booking intake are planned Pro features and should only be considered live when the app clearly shows them as available. The AI direction is practical business support: draft better replies, improve public page wording, suggest booking questions, explain revenue trends, and recommend next actions from your BizzMind data.

You can request deletion in the app where available or by emailing support@biggermindgroup.com from the email address linked to your account. Workspace deletion may require owner or manager confirmation. The full process is described on the BizzMind Delete Account page.
