Privacy Policy
BizzMind handles public business pages, customer requests, bookings, and small-business operations data. This policy explains how that information is protected.

1. Overview
BizzMind is a mobile-first booking and operations app for solo and small service businesses, operated by BiggerMind Group. It helps businesses create a public Business Link, collect customer requests, manage bookings, connect payment methods or payment links, track payment status and invoices, build customer profiles, run loyalty and offers, and understand growth signals.
BizzMind is built around practical business control. We do not sell business or customer data, and we do not use workspace content for advertising.
2. Information we handle
- Account information - your name, email address, authentication details, profile details, workspace membership, and support communications.
- Business setup information - business name, type, currency, solo/team mode, public Business Link slug, public display name, category, headline, about text, service area, hours, contact details, social links, logo, and cover image.
- Services and public page content - services, products, prices, durations, deposit rules, quote guidance, payment method labels, external payment links, payment instructions, offers, loyalty programs, and reviews you choose to show publicly.
- Customer request information - names, phone numbers, emails, selected services, preferred times, notes, answers to custom request questions, request source such as QR or link, and request status.
- Bookings and customer records - job details, schedule, customer history, preferences, booking status, assigned staff member, and booking timeline events.
- Finance records - payment method labels, external payment URLs you add, deposit and balance amounts, payment status, refunds, invoice records, invoice numbers, totals, and notes.
- Team information - owner, manager, and staff roles, invite codes, staff skills, working days, time off, and assigned jobs.
- Growth and loyalty signals - request counts, QR versus link activity, most requested services, quieter periods, loyalty membership progress, rewards earned or redeemed, payment follow-through, and related app activity.
- Technical data - device type, app version, diagnostics, logs, and usage information needed to keep the service reliable and secure.
3. How we use information
- To provide the Business Link, QR, public request form, booking tools, customer profiles, team access, payment links and finance records, loyalty, offers, and Growth Intelligence features.
- To route customer requests to the correct business workspace and let managers review, accept, decline, or convert them into bookings.
- To help businesses understand activity from their public page, QR, requests, and loyalty program.
- To manage authentication, workspace access, roles, permissions, and account security.
- To respond to support, privacy, deletion, export, and correction requests.
- To maintain, improve, debug, and secure BizzMind.
Public Business Link pages show only the information the business chooses to publish. Internal customer lists, finance records, staff notes, and private workspace data are not shown on public pages.
4. Growth Intelligence and future AI
Growth Intelligence is based on app data such as requests, services, QR and link activity, loyalty signals, payment follow-through, and customer behaviour. AI features are designed to help business owners understand patterns and opportunities, such as weak days, stronger services, offer ideas, better replies, and public page improvements. When AI features are introduced, relevant content will be processed only to provide the requested feature, and important outputs should still be reviewed by the business before action is taken.
5. Team and workspace access
Every business workspace is separated by business ID and protected by role-based access. Owners and managers can manage operations and finance. Staff are intended to see only their assigned jobs and relevant workspace information.
Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for inviting the right people, assigning appropriate roles, and ensuring they have the right to collect or process customer and staff information in BizzMind.
6. Security
BizzMind uses Supabase authentication, Postgres row-level security, encrypted connections, role-based access, and business-level tenancy controls to protect workspaces. Staff join through invite codes and permissions are designed around owner, manager, and staff roles.
No digital service can guarantee absolute security. You should use strong passwords, protect devices, manage team access carefully, and avoid adding information you are not authorised to process.
7. Your controls
- Edit, publish, unpublish, or remove public Business Link content.
- Edit or delete services, requests, bookings, customer records, payment records, invoices, offers, loyalty programs, and reviews, subject to your role and permissions.
- Manage team access and invite codes if you are an owner or manager.
- Request access, correction, export, or deletion of account data by contacting support@biggermindgroup.com.
- Delete your account or request workspace deletion, subject to legal, security, billing, and shared-workspace retention requirements.
8. Retention
We keep account and workspace information for as long as needed to provide BizzMind, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and honour business account settings. When information is deleted, residual copies may remain in backups for a limited period before being purged.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as BizzMind evolves. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email where appropriate. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@biggermindgroup.com. Privacy requests are acknowledged within 2 business days and completed within 30 days where possible.
