How secure is my vault?
Your documents and notes are encrypted in transit and at rest, access to our systems is strictly limited and audited, and the app supports biometric lock on compatible devices. We never sell your data or use your documents for advertising. The VaultMind Privacy Policy describes our practices in full.
How does AI organisation work?
When you add a document, VaultMind's AI reads it to suggest a name, file it into the right category, and detect any expiry date — so a scanned passport lands under Identity with a renewal reminder set automatically. AI processing exists only to organise your vault; its results stay private to you.
What kinds of documents can I store?
Anything that matters: passports and IDs, contracts, certificates, insurance policies, warranties, receipts, medical letters, property documents, and more. Secure categories for identity, finance, property, health, and travel keep everything organised, and private notes cover the details that are not documents at all.
How do expiry reminders work?
VaultMind detects expiry dates in documents you add (or you can set them manually) and notifies you well before passports, visas, insurance policies, and subscriptions run out. You control reminder timing in Settings.
Can my family use my vault?
The family vault lets you manage documents for your household — partners, children, and dependants — in clearly separated spaces under your account. You should only store records for family members you have the right to manage.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through your app store account. To manage or cancel, open your device's subscription settings (on iPhone: Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions), select VaultMind, and choose the option you need. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the current period ends.
How do I delete my account and vault?
You can delete your account in the app or by emailing privacy@biggermindgroup.com. The full process, including what is deleted and what may be briefly retained, is described on the VaultMind Delete Account page.
