Terms of Use

The agreement that governs your use of BizzMind as a Business Link, requests, bookings, customer, loyalty, and growth workspace.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BizzMind, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you use BizzMind on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to use the service for that business.

2. Service Description

BizzMind is a mobile-first booking and operations app for solo and small service businesses. It provides a public Business Link and QR destination, request forms, services and pricing setup, bookings, customer records, team roles, payment methods, external payment links, payment status and invoice records, offers, loyalty, reviews, and Growth Intelligence based on activity in the app.

BizzMind is an organisational tool. It is not an accounting platform, payment processor, legal adviser, tax adviser, HR adviser, or regulated financial service.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Keep your account credentials secure and manage team access responsibly.
  • Only publish public Business Link content that is accurate, lawful, and safe for customers to see.
  • Only collect, upload, or process customer, staff, payment, review, or business information that you are authorised to use.
  • Review request details, bookings, payment statuses, invoices, loyalty progress, and Growth Intelligence before relying on them.
  • Do not use BizzMind for unlawful activity, spam, misleading offers, fake reviews, harassment, discrimination, surveillance, or unauthorised processing of third-party information.
  • Do not reverse-engineer, overload, scrape, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service.

4. Business Link and Public Requests

You are responsible for the information you publish on your Business Link, including prices, services, offers, opening hours, payment instructions, contact details, and loyalty terms. Customer requests submitted through your link or QR are not confirmed bookings until you review and confirm them.

5. Payments, Deposits, and Invoices

BizzMind lets you add payment methods and external payment links, including supported method types such as Stripe Payment Links, SumUp Payment Links, PayPal links, bank transfer, card terminal, cash, owner-sent links, and custom methods. BizzMind can show safe public labels, instructions, and links, and can help you track payment status, deposits, balances, refunds, and invoice records. You remain responsible for the payment provider or method you choose, payment collection, refunds, tax, accounting, receipts, chargebacks, and compliance with any provider terms.

6. Growth Intelligence and AI Roadmap

Growth Intelligence uses activity already in BizzMind, such as requests, services, QR and link activity, loyalty data, and payment follow-through. It is intended to support business thinking, not to guarantee results. AI features are designed to explain evidence and suggest practical next actions, such as improving quiet days, public page wording, offers, replies, and follow-up. Future Pro features may include WhatsApp connection and AI booking intake, but those integrations are not live unless clearly shown in the app.

7. Workspace Ownership and Team Access

Workspace owners and managers control invitations, access, roles, and workspace settings. Staff accounts are intended for assigned jobs and limited operational access. If you join a workspace, your activity and contributions may be visible to the owner or managers according to the permissions in that workspace.

8. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain BizzMind features may require a paid subscription or business plan. Subscription terms, renewal settings, cancellation options, and refund handling will be shown at the point of purchase or managed through the relevant billing provider or app store account. Planned Pro and Pro+ features are not guaranteed until released.

9. Limitations

BizzMind is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BiggerMind Group is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including losses arising from missed jobs, inaccurate public content, payment link or payment status errors, tax or accounting issues, lost business, inaccurate customer information, unavailable public links, unauthorised team access caused by your permission settings, or reliance on BizzMind instead of professional advice.

10. Account Management and Termination

You may stop using BizzMind or request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these terms, creates security risk, abuses the service, infringes rights, misleads customers, or exposes us or other users to legal or operational harm. Where reasonable, we will notify you before termination.

11. Changes and Contact

We may update these terms as BizzMind evolves. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email where appropriate. Questions about these terms, support, and privacy or data requests: support@biggermindgroup.com.
