Delete Your Account
Your BizzMind account and business workspace should stay under your control. Here is how deletion works.

How to request deletion
You can request deletion of your BizzMind account in either of two ways:
- In the app: open Settings, choose Account or Workspace Settings, then select the available deletion option and confirm.
- By email: send a request to support@biggermindgroup.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject 'Delete my BizzMind account'. We will verify the request before completing deletion.
If you are part of a shared business workspace, workspace deletion may require confirmation from the workspace owner or manager. Before deleting, export any business or customer information you still need.
What is deleted
Deletion removes the account or workspace information that we control, subject to your role, permissions, and any legal or security retention requirements:
- Your account - account profile, authentication record, personal settings, and BizzMind customer profile where applicable.
- Business Link content - public profile, slug, services, public contact details, social links, photos, offers, loyalty details, and public-page settings.
- Operations records - requests, bookings, customer records, booking history, custom question answers, staff assignments, and internal notes.
- Finance records - payment method labels, payment links, payment status, deposit and balance records, invoice records, invoice numbers, totals, and related notes.
- Team records - workspace membership, invite codes, roles, skills, working days, and assigned job access, where deletion is controlled by the workspace owner or manager.
- Growth and loyalty records - loyalty programs, memberships, rewards, QR/link/request signals, and app-derived growth insights.
- Backups and residual copies - deleted information is removed from active systems promptly, and residual copies in rotating backups are purged within 30 days where possible.
What may be retained
We retain a minimal set of records only where necessary or legally required:
- Transaction, invoice, subscription, tax, or accounting records required for compliance.
- Security, fraud prevention, abuse, or audit records needed to protect users and the service.
- A record that a deletion request was made and fulfilled.
- Information that belongs to a shared business workspace where deletion must be controlled by the workspace owner or manager.
- Information retained by a payment provider, app store, email provider, or third-party service you used outside BizzMind.
Retained records are limited to what is necessary and are kept only for as long as the relevant obligation or security need requires.
